These Terms and Conditions apply to use of the Summitos Consulting website and services, including AI receptionist systems, mobile loyalty app development, automation, integrations, consulting, and ongoing support.

Services

Summitos Consulting provides technology services that may include AI receptionist setup, mobile loyalty app design and development, customer engagement systems, booking workflows, notifications, automation, app store submission support, and related consulting.

Timelines

AI receptionist systems are targeted for launch within 1 week after required client information is received. Loyalty apps are typically built and prepared for app store submission in approximately 3-4 weeks. Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness, app store review, integrations, approvals, technical requirements, and third-party platform availability.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, booking rules, branding assets, app content, customer policies, required disclosures, and access to any third-party systems needed for setup or integrations.

AI Disclosure and Compliance

AI receptionist systems may answer calls, collect customer details, provide business information, or assist with appointment booking. Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AI, call handling, call recording, customer notices, and customer communications complies with applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and industry requirements.

App Store and Platform Disclaimers

Summitos Consulting can support app submission to Apple App Store and Google Play, but approval decisions, review timelines, developer account requirements, and platform rules are controlled by Apple, Google, and other third-party platforms.

POS and Third-Party Integrations

Point-of-sale integrations and other third-party integrations may require additional fees, feasibility review, third-party access, platform approval, and technical testing. Integration availability is not guaranteed until reviewed.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Support

Approved pricing, setup fees, monthly support fees, integration fees, and custom feature fees will be described in proposals, invoices, or service agreements. Ongoing support may include updates, adjustments, troubleshooting, and improvements within the agreed service scope.

No Guaranteed Results

Summitos Consulting builds systems intended to improve customer communication, booking, loyalty, and retention. Specific revenue, customer growth, app downloads, booking volume, or business results are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Summitos Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, services, third-party platforms, app stores, AI tools, integrations, or client-provided information.
